The Tyre-subpackaging Company will make an increase of the automatic sequencing production line in order to coordinate with more production tasks in main engine plants and guarantee the product quality better. The line will start its construction in late July and it symbolizes the further improvement of the Tyre-subpackaging Company in the automatic mechanization from production to logistics to distribution.
If the automatic sequencing line is completed, the system can be directly connected with the broadcasting information network in main engine plants. Then, the vehicle information in main engine plants can be downloaded and transformed into sequencing information with the sorting of components finished in the assembly line and mistakes in the sequencing sheet and sequencing avoided from man-made operations. The line is fully operated by mechanical arms, which greatly reduces the labors and improves the sequencing efficiency. This lays a solid foundation for the heavier production tasks in the future.
